What do you get?

120-150 total lbs of pork
~$7/lbs

Hams & Bacon:

Roughly 30 lbs of hams

15–20 lbs of bacon.
 

Chops & Loins:

~25-30 lbs of pork chops, loin roasts, and tenderloin.

Sausage/Ground Pork: 15-25 lbs (depending on how much roast/shoulder you grind).

Shoulder/Roasts:

25-30 lbs, including Boston butt and picnics, ideal for pulled pork.

Ribs & Hocks:

~10-15 lbs of spare ribs and smoked hocks.
